if it is windows 7 or vista you need to right click the eqhost.txt and select open as admin, then modify the file and click save and it should work.

for the looks of the error message you have 2...

for the looks of the error message you have 2 problems first one is looks like you dont have a map file for tutorialb in your maps folder for your server, doubt its your issue but might help you out....
