The hash function is ambiguous on windows. use ::hash instead.

Windows tweaks

Changes:

The ShellExecute function requires #include <ShellAPI.h>
#include <windows.h> must come before #include <winsock2.h>

Is there any progress in the extrapolation of the most current EQLive zone file format? I'm interested in a function to convert these file types into single wavefront object files...
