Just sitting still not moving my character...

Just sitting still not moving my character consumes 1 food/water every 45 seconds. I timed it. This was when my character was lvl 10 in starting zone.

Thanks Akkadius! Got the login server working now. Now i just have to figure out why my local server doesn't show in the server select screen.
