Model support - Help

Greetings.
I've got the SoL models checked, but in game on any server i'm only getting the classic models.

Any ideas?

I haven't been able to log on at all for the last hour/hour and a half. Three times I got in to a blank server select screen, the rest of the time has just been Error:Time out issues.

Ok, I've been playing on that server, just curious if there were any others. The bots on The Realm are a lot of fun. I'm just surprised that there is like zero population on the server.

I went into Control Panel, add/remove programs, found Everquest Titanium, hit change remove. Then did a repair on it. It asked for each disk which took a whole ten seconds per disk,...
