I found that as soon as mobs would try to run at low health they would warp into walls or underground, saw this in a few dungeons (Blackburrow, crushbone, sol A and upper and lower guk).

I'm not sure why they didn't just adjust gear across the board (like Nagafen's Lair server) up damage and delay by a % or hp's and resists or whatever. This can be done globally and then you can go...
