What is the significance of the "key"

Hi,

Have managed to get a private lan server working after reading lots of posts on here and tinkering with the EQEMU json file.

I wondered how the "key" affects things in the "World" settings?...

Was having the error 2017 and adding these lines...

Was having the error 2017 and adding these lines (with the appropriate local IP address) into the "eqemu_config.json" file under the "loginserver" entry finally solved it!
