It is saying it can't find the server element..
See if server is there. Is it by chance not all lowercase ? e.g. Server?

I've heard from a few devs the monster system was later reused to make the shroud system. The shroud system I've seen done on some custom servers, but it isn't fully implemented on eqemu yet.

RebuildEQ may work. Your largest challenge is that content is shaped to be 1 groupable, so you may not be able to trio everything. No botting, boxing, or any of that.
