Well, there was a new patch on 03/03. I doubt it will set them back though, it was basically just some changes to the bazaar zone.

/guildwar command does not work. Its an EQlive command that lets you go to war with another guild, but when you send the /guildwar petition to another guild it just says "So and so is now the leader...

The bad thing about this is people can move other peoples characters aswell, so it would do more bad than it would...
