I did, but since I do not play on PEQ I reported it on the forum belonging to the server on which I play. It is not always easy to know what is a general issue and what is server only.

Would the same thing happen if SoW was cast on a mob which was unsnarable? Because I have seen this in a few cases where mobs are not unslowable. Mastruqs in Qinimi, abandoned workers in the Sewers...

Starting from level one with no money, no gear; basically nothing is not fun....
