The latest PEQ spells table includes references to spells introduced after Titanium. So if you're particular about these kind of things, use SoF spells_us.txt

If you don't mind not using those...

Afaik both clients use the spells_us.txt file now, the difference between the two clients being the number of spells in the file itself.
