Updated the maps sourcing the maps from the google svn and still not responding - no quest npc's are responding. Help please :?

quest npc's aren't responding to hail or anything.

The quests work, the are copy / pasted from this form into georges tools quest editor.

When I look under the quest folder next to the npc...

What I'm kind of thinking would be a specific set of weapons. You complete a quest and receive the quest reward. If you receive a 1hb and rather have a 1hs, you can turn it back in for another...

if you say "bags" it will say "Here are some bags...

if you say "bags" it will say "Here are some bags to help carry all your loot!" but won't summon the bags.. same thing for everything that is supposed to be summoned.

Quests not summoning items

I set up 3 new npc's - buff bot, armor summoning bot for bots and a summoning bot for items.

the buff bot is all that works. The other 2 summoning npc's work upto the point where they are...

Auto skill up and spell scribing ?

I have a npc to currently do this however, I recently played on a server that when you complete a level you automatically skill up and spells are automatically scribed for you...

How is this done...
