What i ended up doing was started over. I used 827 and i did not do ppm install or ppm install DBI everything seems to work fine i did have to uninstall. and delete perl folder alltogether I rebooted...

ok everthing seems to be working, cannot do group chat, tells ect. and still have the character running issue and i think i am good to go oh and dont know how to use bots, this info would be great...
