On your DNS record the www record listed here: https://who.is/dns/eqemulator.org is an A record when it should be a CNAME record forwarded to the A record.

so www.eqemulator.org CNAME...

has an aws hostmaster email and an incorrectly configured A record that should be a CNAME to the domain might be part of our issue

I do not have the number anymore for my account, the emu account is attached to a p99 forum account and there's no option there to delete the old sms number or how to attach it to a eqemu forum...
