You don't have to redo your entire DB every time...

You don't have to redo your entire DB every time that you update. Just make sure that you run the SQL updates in the /utils/sql/svn folder for all revisions after the o e you were already running.

Scribing spells for just 1 level or for a range of specified levels is something I have been meaning to setup for a while. I just have a hard time finding time to get everything in that I want to do...
