I can't get any of GeorgeS tools to work

Im running windows 7 64 cant get none of the tools to work all pull errors bout files i tried cmd loading them in error bout them not loading missing .dll files and the exe pulls error 339 any clue...

it did that error on this new pc right off never...

it did that error on this new pc right off never had mysql on it and i tried 5.5 and it worked fine just dosnt have the opt folder,would i be able to use 5.1 opt folder for the replacement for 5.5s ...

Mysql error 1045 help plz SS inside

having a install problem for mysql cant get passed it i have disabled my firewall ect and still not working tried installing other kinds of mysql still same problem.......im running windows 7 here is...
