Out of curiosity. Are there any rough tables to upload/player ratio also a Ram/Player Ratio.

Like how much ram does a single person require and say how much would an average server need say a pop...

Well it could be that he is hosting the server itself so if he looses power or have internet issues it could bring it down. Paying for a dedicated host sometimes can be a pain sadly.

I dont know exactly if its updated for sure but i am going to say yes it is. With the 2nd part of the Rain of Fear expansion being released recently im sure the client itself has been updated.
