try changing:
Loginserver.ini:
Worldaddress=your_network_ip
Boot5zones.bat:
start zone . your_network_ip 8000 127.0.0.1
start zone . your_network_ip 8001 127.0.0.1
and then on your client (eqhost.txt):
Host=your_network_ip:5998
