in database for 0.6.5-0.6.7 (Table commands)
you can choose commands you give to gm with access level.
example:
"REPLACE INTO `commands` VALUES ('zone', 200);"
put command zone to access 200.
In eqemu you need status 100 for enter on a locked server
Put all command to acces 200, your player with status 100
can play on your locked server and can't use any commands.
