If you don't have a dns name, try make these two the same 192.*.*.* address. 127.0.0.1 will confuse other clients on the Lan, since they all have that Ip too.
loginserver=192.xxx.x.x
# loginserver2=newlogin1.eqemulator.net < quote it out
loginport=5999
# loginport2=5999 < quote it out
