I did what secrets said, works perfectly with tutorial button disabled.
On a side note, make sure you set your zone level if you go diving into later expansions. I think most of the SoD zones are all marked as 250 or something. I sat there for over an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't zone in non-Gm'd
