Vahalla - guild fixes
It was pointed out that #guild create wasnt working. Reason was simple I set it to use GM level 1 which I manually give to all new players was I log in for the day. Trick is I hadnt logged in and new folks tried to use it. I reset the GM level to 0 which is what all new accounts start at so it should be usable for everyone once I reboot server in 10 minutes.
Same issue with starting pp, I need to get home to give it to you.
