You do realize that you are replying to a 3 year old post and that things have probably changed since then..
This was all changed long long ago to no longer require going to the planar projection in PoK to set zone flags and such. Progression now simply works as it does on live for the curent era. Kill PoP boss, hail PP or whatever the event calls for then move on to the next thing. No need to run to PoK.
