Spell Proc and Worn Effect on new Item not working (yet?)
I finished creating my first item, and now I'm trying to add a spell and a disc to it: a lifetap proc and a disc as a worn effect.
Both show up in the description of the item, both are in the spell table, and both are in the spell_us file. Neither works.
I've created creatures with minutes worth of HP, added a proc modifier of 2000 to the item, given all the AAs through 85 (to help with proc and landing hits), and nothing in the logs for the proc nor any added damage from the worn effect.
What might I be missing?
