After a long hiatus I am able to play EQ on here again. I logged into one account with my lowbie cleric with no issue but every password I type for my main account is incorrect. I thought I had added sms verification to my smartphone but it wasn't working and now the number is no longer in service and neither is the email used for the account. Is there anything that can be done to fix this or are my high level toons lost forever?.

Apparently I need to talk to Rogean? If that still applies then I will do that now.
