Here is the ports you need to make sure are open (in BOTH router and windows firewall)
5998 TCP and UDP
5999 TCP and UDP
7100 to 7500 TCP and UDP
7778 TCP and UDP
9000 TCP and UDP
If those ports are open like that and you're using the configs I showed you, then there shouldn't be any problems.
