I wish you luck on that. (and the 100's before you). The database you get when you install the server is the same as the peqtgc (that's where it comes from). That content is being developed to keep up with current live. Anything else you want to do is strictly your own customization. Getting data is the most tedious task when trying to rewind back to any era. Not many want to share their work.
