Default world becomes unstable when public

For some reason, after playing for a while through the public login server, all my characters are getting booted back to login. the EQEMU directory popped up on the server also one time. Not sure whats going on this never happens when I play with local login server.

I have been 6 boxing with local login for 2 years and this never happens, I may lose 1 client once in a long while, but never all 6 at once.
client is underfoot
router ports open; (9000, 5998, 5999). The 7000's are open on server not router.
I can connect and login fine, the timing is random for getting booted.

My config for public, am I missing some settings that would cause this?

Code:
