Clicking 'Expand All' is the same as clicking the + against each file and will show you a complete diff for the commit (apologies if you knew that already
)
I think the page that Google removed was one that showed a list of all project updates which included new/updated issues and newly added downloads, as well as source code commits, whereas the page I linked is purely source code commits.
