Might be a good idea to make IP addy on authorization form manually configurable if it detects incorrectly, Just a thought guyz.

Is your browser configured to use the NTL proxy server ? If so, you should be able to turn it off temporarily in your browser settings.(Apologies if you already knew/tried this
)
