I pushed a change based on all of the available data that I could find - filling in with existing data or logical conclusions where necessary.
If this model is not accurate, and you can provide post-2004 data supporting the dispute, I will make changes accordingly.
(All classes receiving 70%, as was posted generically in that 2004 change log, could not be verified and was somewhat dis-proven by other posted, observed behavior.)
