Afternoon,

Just built a fresh server and am having issues with getting #reloadworld to do anything.

I ensured status of the account using the command matches that to what is in the commands table, the command gives the "Reloading quest cache and repopping..." message but nothing ever fires off.

Any one have an idea as to what would cause the command to fail?
