This is happening on both windows and linux with the latest builds and databases. If I resource the drop/create merc sql (with fixed melee) supplied in another thread here, then I zone I have mercs on vendors and can spawn and use them.

If I reboot the server (windows or linux) I cannot spawn and they are not visible in the vendor until I again source to drop and recreate the view.

Anyone experienced this as well?
