Akkadius and I did our best to integrate automatic bot updates some time ago - and he's probably reworked the script since our initial push.
The update system is a work of art, really!
That being said, it is very difficult to foresee all future changes in a schema for any particular system.
I originally split the bot spells into their own table in an attempt to maintain the same separation that is given to them in the code.
IIRC, both bots and non-bots update revisions were added to ensure that this change was done on all versions..and it is odd that neither version caught it.
Singular running of a few existing script files may have fixed this..but, sometimes a good ole manual query works too!
