Have you checked out the active server list ? (link is here, on the main EQEmu page)
Your description was very brief, so not sure if you have other "picky" preferences you haven't disclosed in your post.
There is probably only one server (with a population) that will even come close to your needs.
The Alkabor Project is the most era-accurate PoP server around, but it uses it's own client and it's 3 box max. You won't find better than that.
