Ahh that's all in the Rules_Value spot in your database. It's a very good place to start tweaking. Download
http://www.heidisql.com/ put in your server info.. by default.. database name: PEQ password is EQEMU host: 127.0.0.1 (or local)... find the PEQ portion then scroll down to find Rule_Values table... click the DATA tab at the top... then find what you're looking for.. happy tweaking! P.S. youll need to stop/start your server to reflect DB changes.
