We have a low population of players on our server and removing bots would make a lot of content unavailable for players. We have no flags, keys or level requirements to enter zones so the server has a lot of content available for a small group or a couple friends playing with 3 bots each.
We found a bug with using 5 bots that was being used to exploit the end game content. I think the bug is in the code itself so it's not something I'm able to fix (my guess). For this reason we have reduced the bot limit back to 3.
