I followed what resources I could find and I still cant get the expansion settings to work with HeidiSQL. I'm using the base titanium install for a client I'm trying to just enable up to Luclin, this is all LAN based.
Here's what I changed without expected results, I added to the rule_values 1 World:UseClientBasedExpansionSettings False. Then i changed World:ExpansionSettings 5.
I based the 5 on this article
http://wiki.eqemulator.org/p?Expansions_Variable and was hoping it would enable only up to Luclin, I have played around with that number without results.
I don't have Drakken in my race list, I'm using the basic titanium as a client, and no matter what I am still able to create Frogloks.
