Originally I was posting some things over at P99, I was a bit confused about their relation to EQEmu but now that's all straightened out.
So I encountered a few problems with my fresh Emu server using the scripted installer and a RoF2 (non-updated) client.
1) Gloomingdeep Mines...I put the various kinds of silk into stacks for crafting later and place the stacks in backpacks in the two shared bank slots. When I access them later, with any character, the stack of Coarse Silk has become a single unit, and any attempt to grab it causes some sort of double error, once for the source and the second for the destination, with nothing actually picked up on the cursor.
The only way to fix the slot is to move the bag to character inventory, then close the bank and access it. The same error occurs, with a different source slot number but the same destination slot number (I assume the destination number is the 'held in hand' slot), and the silk completely vanishes (so it's not really much of a 'fix').
I know a stack of coarse silk isn't much, but a bug is a bug...and that's quite a bit of skill combines.
2) All of the clockwork spiders in Ak'Anon for the quest Series C Black Boxes that you are supposed to give Shiny Cards to return the exact same Blackbox XIIC. Each one is supposed to be different, corresponding to the name of the spider:
Clockwork XIIC should return Blackbox XIIC
Clockwork XVIIC should return Blackbox XVIIC
Clockwork XXVIC should return Blackbox XXVIC
Clockwork XXVIIC should return Blackbox XXVIIC
3) MySQL error when selling fine steel weapons
(may need to blow it up to 200% to read, if your eyes are as old as mine)

There were a couple others, but I was able to solve them either on my own or with some of the P99 folks' help.
