Mines of Gloomingdeep test

Mines of Gloomingdeep (tutorialb) is finally to a stage where I can test it - it's up and running on the "Legacy of the Rathe" server. I wanted to try it out before i include it in the ax_peq database, because some changes are drastic, for example, all new characters start in Gloomingdeep ( no option yet either).
