Server uses the most recent github/eqemu core.

Database uses these tables from takpDB 12/1/2015 on a peqDB 8/12/2015 and added 11,000 characters from the vztzDB 8/3/2009

Info:
-No Rules
-No GMs
-No anonymous
-4x XP
-Kunark
-Manastone works in all zones
-Cast outdoor spells in all zones.
-2 accounts for every 1 ip restriction
-Cannot attack guild members
-Newbie quests in
-Cazic Thule is the new version
-no-drop, no-rent & no-trade disabled

it takes a brave soul to host something that can be compared to the Mos Eisley Spaceport, but this is going to be amazing and terrifying to watch from a distance. Best of luck and I've got the forums bookmarked!

I am curious, I've merged the takproject db into eqemulator a while ago, some of the spawns were off by a little bit but was pretty good overall. How is the merging nowadays?

Very interesting. I hope you do have some kind of provision for moving stuck characters though.

I know that sounds trivial to you dev guys, but with all the possible clients, and the way zones differ from what EMU expects (and that can vary) and what the client is set up to work like...

It comes up a lot. And most players would much rather go to bindpoint or home city or something as opposed to waiting for a gm anyway.

If you would like to try it out, here is the complete DB with accounts, character, and inventory tables emptied.

Create a database and load the SQL into it. (right click the link below and select Save Link As.) I use the most recent (1/18/2016) core @ https://github.com/EQEmu/Server

Return Home button is available, and you can only use Titanium client on my server.
