Q: What is Project Norrath?

A: The Project Norrath team strives to reproduce the world of Norrath as we knew it back in 1999. Currently in development, we plan to utilize a version of the client that will let us bring back the original UI (user interface), along with the movable Velious UI, classic character models, music, sounds, spells, and textures! To go along with all of this, we are using a spawn database similar to the one in EverQuest during this era. We are building a replica of EverQuest that we knew and loved. Just one question: Are you considering to release your database changes and source modifications at some point in the future?

Don't take it personally but I am getting quite sick of all the work that is lost as soon as a server dies. Yes, having someting uniqe is good for your ego, but only as long as it lasts.

no plans on releasing source at this time... but no worries,if server makes it, i wont let it die
and i might just change my mind later on.. but at this time no plans on that part. sorry

Why is it when i try to click on Projectnorrath.com it always redirects me to eqclassic.org

I think the project burned, since EQclassic.org is a lot more popular.
