Is there a item/npc editor , and how do i add custom npc to db

IS there a npc / item editor ? I have one a long time ago , but dont know if theres one now ..And there used to be a way to add npc to DB , but i dont see command anywhere...

IF anyone can help , that would be great.

Never mind , i found mysql front , i recommend this to anyone else looking for a item editor
