NO mobs spawning

Hello.

I almost dont wanna post another question already, but I am going to anyway cause I dont wanna screw my server up, its finally working reliably minus the no mobs.

No mobs are spawning in any zones, In the zone windows I get an error spawning mob, invalid str field, so its a database problem I am guessing. is it possble to just reload the database by:

source load_system.sql; source load_empty_users.sql;

will that load the spawns??

or do i need to clear there database first so I dot get duplicates?

or is it because I am using PEQ Velious RC1 DB with 6.3DR1

and lastly, where can I get Cavedudes DB to try out??

I spent the morning searching for answers and I dont ahve Inet at home atm so I need to hopefully get the files before I am done work.
