Default wiz evac spells

Anyone else having a problem with any wizzie evac spells? On our server some of them (like the nro one) cause toons to ghost and send them off the current map of the zone they are in.

i do notice that when i use my GM toon to #cast (forcibly cast regardless of class) most wizard circle or evac spells, some of the group goes LD, and sometimes, it crashes the target zone as well and i have to restart the server. but i'm not sure if that would be an artifact of the spell, the fact that i'm casting it as a "non-wizard" or some other instability in my server setup (the code is a mish-mash of .992, forum code snippets, and my personal mods).

In our case, it's happening to regular players...
