World.exe - Entry Point Not Found

the procedure entry point perl_newXS_flags could not be located in the dynamic link library perl58.dll.


this is the error it gives me when i try to launch my server i just installed i downloaded the server pack and the peq update pack from sourceforge.net so if anyone could shed some light on this issue id appreciate it . .
