Default Build issue in VS 2013
Issue Fixed, had installed the 64bit version of perl instead of the 32.

Perl is not configured correctly. Make sure you have the proper prerequisites and that cmake found them.

In the future, to avoid wall of warnings, do a rebuild and if it fails just do a regular build and it should limit the amount of unnecessary output and just show the errors.
