instructuion error, help please

I installed EQT and Duxa's all in one installer on this, my fathrs windows seven laptop with an intelcore i3 . when i tried to get it to boot up i get to past selecting a server and as its loading the char select screen i get an error saying

The instruction at 0x10001 c6b referenced memory at 0x00000018 the memory could not be read.

any ideas on what is is wrong and better yet how to fix it.

please help
