Default Players can use #level?

I have the problem that players on my server can use the #level command to change their level. Their status is at 20, and I am using build 940.

Searching the forums, I am seeing people relating this sort of level requirements with the addon.ini file, but I don't have one and don't see where one would come from, as it is not in the defaults folder.

How can I change this?

addon.ini is old, and not used anymore (not 100% sure, but pretty sure). Enter data into the table: commands to set custom status levels for various #commands. See the Wiki for additional info.

you have to change the eqemu_config.xml file to make it so default status is 0 and not 20...

Code:
	<zones>
		<defaultstatus>0</defaultstatus>

		<!-- Sets port range for world to use to auto configure zones -->
		<ports low="7000" high="7100"/>
	</zones>
also change existing users access levels with
Code:
UPDATE account SET status='0' WHERE status='20';

OR you can change the min. status for just that command like they said in the commands table. if its not listed just add it.
