Default 1017 Error when trying to join a server

I've looked through most of the 1017 error threads and they mostly pretain to making your own server. I get a 1017 when I try to join any server, here's my eqhost maybe I'm doing something wrong.

[LoginServer]
Host=newlogin1.eqemulator.net:5994
//216.117.177.125:5994

//login2.awhiteflame.net:5994

[code:1:bcc314b9f3][LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5995[/code:1:bcc314b9f3]

Still getting the 1017 error, it makes no sense. I just copied the whole folder off my other computer and it works fine on that one.

I have the right files, would any firewall software or anything cause a 1017? I have this working on two other computers, it just won't work on this one. Any ideas?

Default read only

Change your host file as mentioned above and then make sure it is Read Only so that it can't be changed. This worked for me.
