Missing Inventory?

For some reason my server started stripping people and their inventory. All items but no cash was taken... it doesnt happen to everyone but almost.
Before you ask;

The only DB changes that were made while it was running was to Tunare changing her ac and attackspeed bc i can't find her in the zone/npc editor to change it there.

No items were changed and it never started happening until after I rebooted the server/machine/router to try and clear some lag.

I have removed all items from Tunare bc shes the only mob I have even touched in the last few days and im still left with this issue.

Anyone else encounter this and defeat it?

After posting I decided to navigate my way through navicat and I found my PEQ inventory table is labeled as "crashed and should be repaired". Anyone know how to get this back?
